What is the ONE herb you NEED in your life EVERY SINGLE DAY???

There is no herb, medicine, natural or not, that every single person on this planet needs in their life every single day. 

There is not even a single herb or medicine, or vitamin, or supplement that every single person on this planet needs to take, in general!

NONE. 

NONE!

At least in my humble, professional, opinion on the matter.

I know I'm a purist, even when it comes to natural medicine. But this one tip, albeit simple and seemingly obvious, seems NOT to be so obvious to everyone.

So I felt it was worth a note.

Is it because we've been lead to believe - or we've been told - that one size fits all too often and for too long? The one perfect diet for everyone. The one perfect workout routine for everyone. The one perfect pill or remedy for everyone. And have we been sold on the fact that if we do these things every single day, without fail, to perfection, for the rest of our lives, that we'll finally feel better for good?

You will see me repeating these words over and over as you get to know me through this site and elsewhere but I don't think it can be emphasized enough.  My clients will probably tell you it's my most famous line. 

We are all different. 

Every single body is different. How one remedy or even food affects me is not how it will affect you, whether that's a positive affect or negative. No matter how benign the remedy may seem.

Additionally:

Our bodies change on a regular basis, and on an irregular basis. 

All medicine, including natural medicine, has the power and potential to alter our state of health, be it good OR bad.

Everything. 

 

What do we all need on a daily basis? 

Basically just rest and oxygen. 

!!!

Think about that for a second. Let it sink in. 

Everything else we need in varying amounts. Or not at all.

STUDIES & RESOURCES:

Study yourself today my friend. Today and every day. And start a health journal so you can begin getting to know your own personal daily needs. YOU are your own best doctor, even your best medicine.

Questions to ask yourself:

How am I feeling today? 

How did I feel after eating? Drinking? Taking that supplement/medicine?

What is different about today than yesterday? The day before? Etc.

What are my health goals? 

Should I do a fast or a cleanse? How does that make me feel?

Should I eat more, or less? How does that make me feel?

Should I try eating or drinking at different times of the day? How does that make me feel? 

Should I try eating more of one type of food over others? How does that make me feel? 

Should I try drinking more (or less, for that matter) water? Does the type of water I'm drinking make me feel different from day to day? 

Where are my aches and pains? Do I notice them getting worse or better on certain days over others? Why might that be?

And the list goes on....
