Daily Tongue Scrape - In Your Routine?
Bad Breath.
Poor immune system.
Allergies.
Slow digestive fire.
Lingering infections.
Weak oral health.
Bacterial imbalance.
Can daily tongue scraping help with these?
It is said that as we sleep at night our bodies are working hard at cleaning up from the daily grind. Or the weekly grind. For most of us these days, the monthly, yearly grind.
We have a lot of grinding these days. And grime, too.
It is said that our body sweeps up the bad stuff and moves it to the exits so that by morning, ideally, we 'throw out the trash'.
Makes sense to me.
But are we doing our part, and throwing out the trash?
Bowel movements, urination, and exfoliating the skin (another topic coming soon)....these are all ways we do so.
But what about the trash collected in our mouths?
Did you ever think there might be trash in there?
Morning breath, anyone?
Believe it or not, it's actually an ancient practice.
We brush our teeth. Yet most of the modern world knows nothing about daily tongue scraping.
Time to bring it back?
